Learning Rep Advice Centre
This section is an online advice centre for BECTU Union Learning Reps (ULRs). You will find information about who ULRs are and what they do - also ideas, tips and resources to help you in your role. There are also plenty of links to help you advise members.
Most of BECTU's work supporting Union Learning Reps (ULRs) is made possible by support from the Union Learning Fund (ULF), the Wales ULF and Scottish ULF. At any one time we usually have a small number of Funded Projects in progress.

In all sections you will find links, ideas and contacts to help you to signpost your members to learning that interests them - but remember your job is to signpost - that means show them the information and how to use it, then it is up to them. Good luck!
